Director of CRM Product Management

Key responsibilities: Develop and manage the product roadmap for Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Lead a team in refining requirements, overseeing delivery, and conducting testing for CRM initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM administration and engineering, to enhance CRM capabilities and data managementRequired qualificationsProven experience in product management, particularly with Salesforce products Strong understanding of CRM systems and their integration with business processes Experience leading and managing teams in a remote work environment Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and drive product vision Familiarity with AI applications in CRM solutions
