An FQHC standalone clinic needs an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to see 25-30 patients per day. They will also accept a Physician Assistant will Family Medicine Experience. The facility has 4 exam rooms and is staffed with LPN/NA for assistance. The incoming provider will be expected to perform standard Urgent Care procedures and some labs can be ran in-house. There are two locations and the physician will work hand-in-hand with the other location. The sister location is 15 minutes away and has on site X-ray. Competitive salary with full benefits including insurance, 401k with match, paid holidays, 160 hours of PTO and CME allowance.
