Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aesthetic field. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to clients on the use of aesthetic devices. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical device and dental sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel 30% of the time within the assigned territory.

Base salary: $90,000 commensurate with experience. On-target earnings (OTE) for the first year: approximately $225,000+ (uncapped) Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
