Cashier

Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs. Operate cash registers, scanners, and other point-of-sale equipment. Process cash, credit, and check transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area. Assist with stocking shelves and inventory as needed. Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services. Follow all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus. Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
