About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Network Service Delivery Manager to coordinate and oversee network-related migration, deployment, and operational activities across infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams. The successful candidate will ensure that network initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with operational, security, and compliance standards. This role will manage project execution, governance, risk, stakeholder communication, change management, vendor coordination, and service readiness to support a seamless transition into production operations.
Additional Information: *The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is $125k - $145k/year & benefits (see below).
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate network infrastructure migrations, deployments, upgrades, and service transition activities. Manage end-to-end delivery of network projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables are effectively tracked. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, operations, engineering, and production-support teams. Establish and maintain operational governance, reporting, service controls, and delivery standards. Identify, assess, and manage project, operational, technical, and third-party risks. Lead stakeholder communications, status reporting, steering meetings, and escalation management. Coordinate change management activities, including change assessments, approvals, implementation planning, and post-change reviews. Manage vendor engagement, deliverables, service performance, and issue resolution. Define and track service readiness activities, including support models, monitoring, documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational acceptance. Ensure network changes and deployments comply with architecture, security, regulatory, and organizational standards. Coordinate implementation planning, testing, cutover, rollback, and post-production validation. Track incidents, defects, risks, issues, and dependencies through to resolution. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network service quality, reliability, and delivery efficiency. Facilitate lessons-learned sessions and maintain project and operational documentation. Required Qualifications7–10 years of experience in network infrastructure service delivery management. Proven experience managing network migrations, deployments, upgrades, and service transitions. Strong understanding of enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, WAN, LAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity. Experience managing cross-functional technology projects and operational workstreams. Strong knowledge of IT service management practices, including change, incident, problem, release, and configuration management. Experience with risk management, governance, stakeholder communications, and vendor management. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models. Experience coordinating production readiness, cutover planning, rollback planning, and operational handover. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certification.
  • Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with service management and project tracking tools such as Service
  • Now, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
  • Knowledge of network security, compliance, resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise network transformation programs.
