Travel Nurse - RN, ER Observation - Pay up to $2,134/WK

Key Responsibilities: Monitor patients' conditions, administering treatments or diagnostics as needed. Determine whether patients require further hospitalization or can safely be discharged. Educate patients on discharge instructions, follow-up appointments, and warning signs. Collaborate with emergency and inpatient teams to coordinate care. Maintain thorough documentation of care delivered and outcomes.

Work Environment: Usually adjacent to or part of an ER, focusing on short stays. Requires strong assessment and time-management skills. Close coordination with case management and inpatient services.
