Field Service Technician, Coffee and Vending Equipment

Repair, recondition, install, and maintain coffee and vending equipment at customer locations. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, document completed work, manage spare parts, and assist customers with equipment questions and problems. Diagnose operating problems in coffee and vending equipment and determine required corrective actions. Repair and adjust equipment to restore it to working order. Install, clean, and maintain equipment at customer locations, including brewers and decanters. Perform scheduled and emergency service, preventive maintenance, equipment surveys, and installations. Document service calls, invoices, assets, and customer work using a company mobile device. Maintain spare parts, a clean service area and vehicle, and follow company and manufacturer safety guidelines.
