Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Duties: Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases in the Sacramento area. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements: Active member in good standing with the CA Bar Association. Minimum 5+ years of personal injury experience. Civil jury trial experience preferred. Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school.

Certifications: Active membership with the CA Bar Association. Skills Strong litigation and trial preparation skills. Proficient in drafting legal documents. Effective communication and client management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
