Painter - 2nd Shift

Location: Kennesaw, Georgia

Schedule: Monday Thursday: 1:30 PM 10:30 PMFriday: 1:30 PM 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities: Prepare parts and surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, or repairing as needed. Operate spray guns, powder coating systems, and curing ovens safely and efficiently. Apply powder or wet paint coatings to achieve uniform coverage and smooth finishes. Inspect painted parts for quality, ensuring adherence to color, texture, and thickness specifications. Perform touch-ups and corrections as necessary to maintain quality standards. Maintain equipment and painting areas in clean, safe, and ready-to-use condition. Follow production schedules, work orders, and safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet shift production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications: Previous painting experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Familiarity with powder coating and/or wet paint application techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under production deadlines. Reliability and commitment to the scheduled 2nd shift hours.
