What You'll Do: Lead the architecture, design, and technical execution of a ServiceNow platform migration to a new instance. Define the target-state ServiceNow architecture and implementation strategy. Design scalable, best-practice solutions across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM.Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the re-platforming initiative. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and platform governance.
