The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Documentum Administration, DQL, ECM, and strong troubleshooting skills. This role involves system administration, production support, monitoring, security management, and ensuring the availability and performance of the Documentum platform. Role and
Responsibilities:
Administer Documentum Content Server, repositories, and environments. Manage users, roles, groups, and access control. Monitor workflows, scheduled jobs, and overall system performance. Troubleshoot production issues using logs and provide L2/L3 support. Support application releases, upgrades, patches, and migrations. Ensure system backup, recovery, and high availability. Monitor system health and resolve performance issues. Work closely with application, infrastructure, and support teams to maintain platform stability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience administering enterprise Documentum environments. Knowledge of system monitoring, backup, recovery, and performance tuning. Experience supporting upgrades, migrations, and production deployments. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a support-oriented environment.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Documentum Administration. Hands-on experience with Documentum Content Server. Proficiency in DQL (Documentum Query Language). Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) concepts, including workflows, lifecycle management, and metadata. Experience with Unix/Linux administration. Good knowledge of SQL. Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and incident management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
