Responsibilities: br/br/Responsible for assisting patients with and per plan of care, the following: Baths, Oral hygiene, Dressing and undressing, Toileting activities, feeding, etc.br/br/Taking and recording oral, rectal and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency)br/br/Safe transfer and ambulation techniquesbr/br/Exercise according to the plan of carebr/br/Performing range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency)br/br/Patient’s laundrybr/br/Meeting safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.)br/br/Observation and teaching of home safety practicesbr/br/Recognition of an emergency situation and knowledge of emergency management proceduresbr/br/Must follow patients’ plan of care and complete all tasks assignedbr/br/Communicates in a constant, clear, and effective way with the client, family/caregiver and officebr/br/Observes and documents patient condition and reports any changes, to the assigned nurse supervisorbr/br/Requirements:br/br/Meets all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws when applicablebr/br/Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care givenbr/br/Possess and maintains current CPR certification in accordance with state regulationbr/br/PPD or chest x-ray if applicablebr/br/Successful completion of Maxim screening examinationsbr/br/Participation and completion of Maxim’s competency programbr/br/Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements The Lakes benefits:br/br/part-time position.br/br/Flexible work hours where you create your own schedulebr/br/Competitive salarybr/br/Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving the lives of our patients through quality care and compassion.
