Tier 2 IT Support Specialist — Remote & Onsite

Addison Group is seeking a Tier 2 Support Technician to join its managed services team in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on helping customers, solving technical issues, and delivering superior support remotely with occasional onsite visits. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in IT support, MSP experience is preferred, and must hold an A+ Certification. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.
