Schedule: 4 days/week (Day Shift) + mid/evening coverage as needed

Setting: Critical Access Hospital (inpatient + outpatient clinics)

Requirements: ActiveRegistered Dietitian license BLS certification (required) 3 years of dietitian experience (preferred) Tribal healthcare experience (required) CDCES certification (preferred)

Responsibilities: Provide nutrition care forinpatientandoutpatientsettings Support outpatient clinics includingmedical weight lossanddiabetes management ConductMNT consultsas ordered by physicians Perform food service evaluations anddevelop menusas needed Accurately document patient care per facility and state standards Why Peridot?
