Kitchen Manager: Lead Back-of-House & Scratch-Made Cuisine

Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse family, is looking for a rockstar Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations and ensure food is purchased, received, prepared, and presented in a timely manner according to established recipes and procedures. You will lead BOH staff, manage food costs and inventory, and maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering a high-energy, guest-focused dining experience consistent with our values.
