LHH is working on behalf of our client in the Non-Profit space who is seeking a motivated AP Manager for a 3-4+ month contract opportunity. This position will be on a hybrid basis in New York, NY. Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and weekly payments for all entities
  • Run AP aging
  • Review GL coding
  • Monitor vendor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date; Maintain strong communication with external vendors
  • Manage ad-hoc reporting and month-end closing
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain work ethic under strict deadlines
  • Experience utilizing NetSuite, or similar software, is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
Compensation: $40 - $48/hr, depending on experience.
