Growth Enablement Lead - Scale Onboarding & Revenue

Clay Labs in New York City is hiring a full-time Growth Strategy Enablement lead to build and scale onboarding and enablement for our customer-facing team. You'll manage systems, content, and training to help the GS team ramp faster, drive retention and see measurable impact. You'll work with fast-growing SaaS partners to translate product updates into actionable workflows, develop playbooks and certifications, and scale knowledge sharing with AI-driven tooling.
