Water Treatment Technician

Our goal is to maintain water treatment systems that allows our customers to manufacture state of the art microchips. Our work environment includes: A unique blend of individual and collaborative effort to successfully complete our work tasks Growth opportunities On-the-job training Ultra Pure Water Technician Duties: -Monitor the performance of the Ultrapure water system by performing rounds on the system where critical data is recorded, analyzed and trended.-Maintain inline analyzers that automatically measure and report contaminant concentration.-Using a SCADA system, trend the critical parameters that help to monitor the performance of the water system-Present data to managers and engineers-Prepare spreadsheets that can be used to retrieve, sort, graph and present data.-Must be able to work around corrosive and chemical hazards Experience: -Previous experience in the Ultra Pure Water or Wastewater Treatment or related field is preferred but not required-Familiarity with SCADA or Human Machine Interface Systems a plus but not necessary-Science or Engineering degree a plus-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and procedures-Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards-A strong dedication to teamwork is a must. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
