Deputy City Attorney - Civil Litigation (Hybrid/Remote)

The San Diego City Attorney's Office is seeking a Deputy City Attorney for the General Litigation Unit. The attorney will prosecute or defend civil lawsuits involving the City, handling matters from pleadings to trials and appeals. Ideal candidates have a California Bar license, at least two years of civil litigation experience, and willingness to travel to various locations for proceedings. Hybrid remote work is considered after probation.
