Regional Director of Resident Services – Senior Living

Maplewood Senior Living LLC seeks a Regional Director of Resident Services to lead resident experience and care programs across multiple communities. This role oversees teams delivering assisted living, independent living, and memory care services, ensuring compliance, quality, and person-centered engagement. The director will develop and standardize best practices, support staff training and performance, analyze outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership in senior living or healthcare, passion for older adults, and a commitment to compassionate, innovative service. Lead and support regional resident services teams across multiple senior living communities Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care and engagement programs Monitor regulatory compliance, documentation, and quality standards in resident services Use data and feedback to improve service outcomes and resident satisfaction Collaborate with nursing, operations, and hospitality leaders to align resident care Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage resident services leaders and staff Standardize best practices and implement new initiatives across communities Partner with families to address concerns and enhance resident experience Regional operations oversight Senior living or long-term care management Regulatory compliance (state AL/RCFE regulations) Care coordination and service planning Data analysis and quality improvement Staff leadership, coaching, and performance management Budgeting and resource allocation Resident and family relations Program development for engagement and memory care Cross-functional collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or state equivalent preferred Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA or equivalent) preferred Background in gerontology, social work, nursing, or related field preferred Compliance with state-specific senior living regulatory requirements
