Job Description: FIREARMS ASSEMBLERAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a Firearms Assembler for a company based in Lawrenceville, GA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing manufacturing team specializing in firearm assembly and testing. This position is ideal for dependable individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a production environment. Pay Rate$17.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PMAssignment Duration At least through the end of the year

Firearms Assembler Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble firearms and related components according to specifications and quality standards. Use powered and non-powered hand tools, including pneumatic air drivers, electric drills, and precision screwdrivers. Inspect assembled products for accuracy and quality. Perform functional testing and live-fire testing of equipment as required. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Accurately complete production and quality documentation as needed.

Firearms Assembler Qualifications and Requirements: Must be reliable and report to work on time every day. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Knowledge of firearms and previous firearm assembly experience preferred. Comfortable standing for extended periods throughout the workday. Comfortable performing live-fire testing when required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accountability for individual performance. Ability to meet production and quality expectations consistently.
