Wage: $16.50-$18.00/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rdHours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday 10:00pm-6:30amWe’re hiring for a Production role for a company in Franklin, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assist with food production and packaging operations on the production line- Load and unload products onto conveyors, trays, or pallets- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met- Package finished goods according to company specifications- Label, stack, and prepare products for shipment or storage- Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and sanitation standards- Follow all company safety procedures and food safety regulations- Communicate production concerns or equipment issues to supervisors- Support additional departments or production areas as needed Responsabilidades Clave:- Ayudar en las operaciones de producción y empaque de alimentos en la línea de producción- Cargar y descargar productos en transportadores, bandejas o tarimas- Inspeccionar los productos para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad- Empacar los productos terminados de acuerdo con las especificaciones de la empresa- Etiquetar, apilar y preparar los productos para su envío o almacenamiento- Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y ordenada siguiendo los estándares de BPM y saneamiento- Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y las normas de inocuidad alimentaria- Comunicar a los supervisores cualquier inquietud sobre la producción o problemas con el equipo- Apoyar a otros departamentos o áreas de producción según sea necesario
