The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: The Benefits Integration Systems Analyst provides production support for core benefits data and system integrations. This role focuses on resolving ServiceNow cases, performing data corrections, and ensuring accurate processing across benefits, leave, SSN, and pension workflows.
What You Will Do:
Manage day‑to‑day production support for Benefits Integration Systems.
Resolve ServiceNow tickets related to benefits processing and data integrity.
Complete leave, SSN, and pension data corrections in accordance with policies and compliance standards.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain accurate system data.
Document recurring issues and support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:
You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience supporting HR, payroll, or benefits systems.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools.

This position is currently designated as remote. Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The employee may be expected to travel to the Santa Isabel site location as needed. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
