Westminster Canterbury of Lynchburg, a 5-Star rated Continuing Care Retirement Community in Central VA is seeking a Therapist Supervisor to join our team! Assist and oversee the daily operations of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Services department to ensure the highest level of rehabilitation services are provided and maintained, when Rehab Manger/Outpatient Therapy Administrator is not on campus for Inpatient. Assist with supervising and working alongside inpatient rehabilitation therapists to ensure the department operates effectively, that patient needs are being satisfied and that required activities are being conducted for inpatient therapy.
