Blood Bank Pathologist - Locum Tenens | Teaching Residents

Medicus is partnering with a Houston-area hospital to fill a Blood Bank Pathologist locum tenens position. The role includes a 8a-5p schedule with overnight beeper call and 24-hour weekend shifts, at a 400-bed facility. Responsibilities include apheresis, RBC exchange, transfusion reaction review, coagulation testing interpretation, and hemoglobin electrophoresis review. Board-certified pathologists comfortable teaching residents are preferred. Travel and expenses are paid.
