Assist in setting up and organizing kitchen stations for efficient workflow. Follow recipes and instructions provided by chefs and kitchen supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including equipment, surfaces, and utensils. Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies and ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, stoves, mixers, and slicers. Support the kitchen team during service by plating dishes, garnishing plates, and ensuring timely food delivery to guests. Assist in packing and transporting food items to off-site catering events as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
