MOE Officer - Intelligence Research & Impact (Remote)

Orbis is seeking an experienced Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) Officer – Full Performance to lead qualitative research and program evaluation for a US Intelligence Community client. The analyst will design research, collect data, and create visualizations to inform recommendations that optimize project delivery for mission success. This multi-year engagement offers interaction with senior stakeholders and the chance to influence approaches across multiple projects.
