Why PCARMARKETPCARMARKET is growing, and we're hiring to handle more volume on a newly rebuilt platform that's ready to take off. We don't take every car. We focus on Porsche and European performance, the segment that drives the most online collector-car sales. Our sellers choose us because they work with a real person they can call, not a form and a queue. As a Client Advisor, you're that person. You'll guide sellers to the best possible result, help buyers land the car they've always wanted, and spend your days talking with fellow enthusiasts about cars you care about.
The role: Client Advisors find great cars and bring them to auction on PCARMARKET. You'll source privately owned cars, earn the owner's trust, and sign them up to sell with us. You'll also build relationships with dealers whose inventory fits our audience, turning them into repeat consignors. This is a hunter role. We provide some leads, but most of your pipeline will come from your own prospecting. It's also a high-volume role: you'll manage a steady weekly flow of consignments, not a handful of deals a quarter. You report to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
What you'll do:
  • Find the cars. Prospect private owners through calls, referrals, owners' clubs, events and your own network.
  • Sign the seller. Talk through the car, the market and a realistic reserve, then bring them on board.
  • Get the car started. Collect photos, VIN, title and agree on the reserve, then hand the car to our production team, who build the listing.
  • Own the close. Once the auction is live, you work with the seller through the final hours and on to a completed sale.
  • Build dealer relationships. Find dealers carrying the right inventory and turn them into repeat sources of consignments.
  • Keep it all moving. Track every lead, conversation and follow-up in our CRM.You might be our person ifYou'd rather pick up the phone than send another email.
  • You don't wait for leads to show up. You go find them.
  • You follow up on the third conversation that everyone else lets drop.
  • You like being the one who gets the deal across the line.
  • You pick things up fast and don't need to be told twice.
  • What you bring
  • A strong sales track record. This is required.
  • Car experience, ideally with Porsche or European performance cars, is preferred. Sales experience in other luxury or high-net-worth fields is also considered.
  • Comfort working in a CRM every day.
  • Willingness to travel within your region and occasionally to our New York office.
  • Location and how to apply
  • This is a full-time, remote role. Your territory is built around where you're based, with regular travel within it and occasional trips to our New York office. You'll run your own day, with a tight-knit team behind you.
