Key Responsibilities:
Own the growth and performance of the payments business, focusing on adoption, customer engagement, and revenue
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop and launch innovative payment features that meet customer needs
Manage relationships with payment processors and partners to ensure efficient payment operations and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or related financial technology sectors
Proven track record of growing a payments business or product
Strong understanding of payment processing and operational performance metrics
Experience working with Product and Engineering teams on technology-enabled payment solutions
Excellent leadership and relationship management skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment
