Enterprise Strategy Leader - Growth, M&A & OKRs

Kinecta Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time strategic planning professional for our El Segundo operations center. This executive-level role owns the analytical engine behind enterprise strategy: annual and long-range planning, OKR implementation, initiative tracking, and merger/acquisition evaluation. You will scope ambiguous questions, source data, build financial models, and present actionable recommendations to the Board and senior management.
