Regional Talent Acquisition Leader (US & Canada)

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment policies and practices across the US and Canada, directing a regional TA team and acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders and HR partners. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director to develop and execute the TA strategy, drive diversity hiring, improve candidate experience, and deliver data-driven hiring decisions at scale.
