Position Overview: We are seeking experienced, strategic leaders to join our Board of Directors, Board of Advisors or act as a committee chair and help guide our organization toward long-term success. Board members will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving performance in it's flagship product targa.ai, and uphold the highest standards of governance and transparency. This leadership role includes, but is not limited to, overseeing financial and operational performance, guiding long-term planning, supporting executive leadership, maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, and helping steer the company through transformative milestones. Ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in corporate strategy, public company governance, a collaborative mindset, a commitment to organizational excellence, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while fostering innovation and growth.Please Note: we are only seeking candidates that are willing and able to make a financial investment in exchange for a percentage of common stock to be vested immediately. Stock options and cash bonus are available based on contribution and performance. Key Responsibilities Help establish the company’s vision, mission and purpose Oversee the strategic direction of the firm Manage the organization’s public image and reputation Maintain legal compliance and integrity Oversee financial management Create roadmaps and set goals for the company Determine how to handle resources Address member and executive concerns Help resolve conflict Give updates on organizational progress Qualifications Board experience a plus, but not required Senior leadership experience with a track-record of success Experience/understanding of the SaaS space Understanding of the nuances related to launching an early-stage SaaS company Understanding of the dynamics surrounding fundraising Experience/understanding the challenges leaders face today managing operations Experience working with executive teams Excellent communication and writing skills Bachelor or Master degree required Our extensive interview process will ensure that you have all the information necessary to determine if Targatek Inc. is the right opportunity for you...Introductory meeting with me for a preliminary discussion Receipt of our Private Placement Memorandum once an NDA is signed Meet the Executive team and Board Members.
