Key responsibilities:
Establish and grow relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers across medical and pharmacy benefits
Design creative deal structures emphasizing innovative, non-rebate arrangements to improve access and affordability
Manage the full deal cycle from origination through contract execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturer or pharma-facing role at a health plan or PBM
Expertise in the full medication supply chain, including medical benefits and specialty pharmacy dynamics
Proven experience structuring and closing innovative pharma-payer contracts
Strong strategic and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to drive commercial results
Effective communication skills and executive presence for building credibility with pharmaceutical executives
