Key Responsibilities: Develop trusting relationships with patients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy sessions. Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Offer both individual and group therapy sessions that address specific mental health issues, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy. Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring the delivery of relevant interventions. Perform comprehensive evaluations and documentation of patient sessions to maintain accurate records for care continuity and legal compliance. Coordinate with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure holistic care for patients, providing referrals when necessary. Patient Population / Client Focus Your focus will be on serving a varied demographic, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Collaborating closely with families, you will aim to enhance their collective mental health and relational dynamics. Qualifications: Active and unrestricted State Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
