Deputy CIO - Technology, Security & Digital Services

Baltimore City is seeking a Deputy Chief Information Officer (Technology) to lead BCIT's enterprise technology strategy across applications, security, infrastructure, public safety, and digital services. Reporting to the CIO, you will drive architecture, governance, and modernization while aligning initiatives with city priorities. You will oversee budgets, vendor governance, succession planning, and risk management, ensuring reliable, secure systems for city operations and resident services.
