Labor and Employment Associate

Duties: Represent clients in labor and employment litigation. Advise clients on employment law matters. Draft and review legal documents related to labor and employment. Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements: 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience. Licensed to practice law in Nevada. Strong litigation skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications: Bar admission in Nevada. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
