Providing expert-level guidance and analysis, the full-time Senior Health Systems Analyst will evaluate and optimize business and clinical processes within the Veterans Health Administration, focusing on workflow redesign and operational improvements.

Key responsibilities: Support the analysis, design, development, and implementation of business processes within the VHA Conduct assessments of current operations and define future state concepts to enhance organizational effectiveness Collaborate with VHA leadership to ensure process improvement initiatives align with operational and clinical requirements

Required qualifications: Master's degree in Health Systems Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field Minimum ten years of experience in a large-scale government integrated healthcare system, with a focus on Veterans healthcare programs Proven expertise in analyzing and implementing healthcare business processes Extensive experience with VHA Medical Center operations and knowledge of VISN structures Strong understanding of clinical and administrative processes within the VHA
