Key responsibilities:
Own the technical direction and design decisions of systems within the team's domain, ensuring alignment with architecture standards
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and establish effective collaboration between engineers and AI agents
Manage end-to-end delivery and ongoing health of products, balancing feature delivery with quality and technical sustainability
Required qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Significant software engineering experience, including technical and people leadership
Strong experience with C# and modern .NET / ASP.NET Core
Experience building and operating enterprise SaaS or cloud-hosted applications
Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic development approaches
