About the job:
DWNTWN Realty Advisors is Miami's leading commercial real estate brokerage and the market leader in the middle markets, transacting everything from the $1M warehouse to the $75M institutional property. Owners, developers and investors call us because we have the relationships, the data and the deal flow that national shops can't replicate. We are expanding our brokerage team. Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned broker looking for a stronger platform, you'll join an elite, tight-knit team where your production is the only ceiling.
What you'll do:- Proactively prospect commercial property owners across Miami, with a commitment to 100+ calls per day
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, investors and developers
- Source and market investment sales and leasing opportunities
- Log all activity, contacts and deal information in DWNTWN's proprietary software
- Become an expert in the Miami market: comps, ownership, zoning, development pipeline and trends
- What you'll get
- Direct, hands-on mentorship from our Managing Partners, Tony Arellano and Devlin Marinoff, two of Miami's most active brokers
- A structured training program for those new to commercial real estate
- A complete platform behind you: the firm handles all marketing, offering memorandums, listing distribution, databasing and research, so your only job is calling owners and winning listings
- Access to DWNTWN's proprietary software and a database of 250,000+ owner and investor contacts
- Immediate exposure to live deals and client relationships from day one
- A pure meritocracy with no cap on earnings and a clear path to senior broker
What we're looking for:- Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license (required)
- Some understanding of commercial real estate preferred, but not required for candidates with the right drive
- Relentless work ethic, discipline and resilience
- Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine desire to build a career in brokerage
- Strong communication skills, comfortable on the phone and in person
- Coachable, with a hunger for continuous improvement
