Key Responsibilities:
Architect and hands-on build the ASP.NET Core/C# online banking platform, including system design and API contracts
Lead and mentor an agile team, managing sprints and ensuring delivery commitments are met

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in building modern, data-intensive .NET web applications with a proven track record in a tech lead role
Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET, with strong SQL and REST API experience
Experience in financial services or online banking, preferably with platforms serving US banks or credit unions
Familiarity with modern JavaScript/UI frameworks like Angular or React, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
Strong understanding of security and compliance standards relevant to regulated financial institutions (PCI DSS, SOC 2, FFIEC)
