26 North is seeking a Vice President to be the operational and financial backbone of its newly launched private equity business. You will partner with the COO/CFO, drive non-investment infrastructure, and own processes from deal execution to financial reporting. The role demands ownership, built processes where none exist, and fluency in fund mechanics (waterfalls, capital calls, distributions, MOIC/IRR). A builder mindset is essential.
