Position Overview: HSAGP Energy LLC (Hyundai‐SK America Green Power) is a joint venture of Hyundai Motor Group and SK On, producing EV batteries. We are hiring a Payroll Specialist for a full‐time position in Bartow County, Georgia. Base Pay Range $70,000 – $110,000 per year Job Responsibilities Process bi‐weekly and monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Review pre‐ and post‐processing reports, correct errors before finalizing payroll. Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll funding and GL entries. Enter and validate changes such as hires, terminations, rate changes, and special payments. Verify overtime, shift differentials, premium pay, PTO, and unpaid time per federal/state wage regulations. Partner with managers to resolve time‐card discrepancies. Reconcile time and attendance data from ADP WFM. Prepare recurring and ad‐hoc reports for HR, Accounting, Finance, and management. Support month‐end and year‐end payroll close activities, including W‐2 review and reconciliation. Participate in system testing and implementation of payroll updates. Provide service to HR and other departments on system and policy enhancements. Required

Experience & Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience. 3‐5 years of payroll experience in a high‐volume, hourly manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of federal and state wage and hour regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to handle large data sets and reports. Ability to handle confidential information professionally with strong time‐management skills. High accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of deliverables.
