Video Games Counsel - US & Americas (Contracts)

Square Enix America seeks an Associate Counsel to support legal matters for publishing operations across the Americas. The role involves drafting and negotiating vendor agreements, NDAs, licenses, and content licenses while advising on IP, compliance, and data privacy issues. You will collaborate with executives to implement best practices in the digital world, research evolving laws, and liaise with global Square Enix legal teams. Occasional travel is expected.
