Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintainsemantic modelsandcurated datasetsthat turn business logic into reusable, governed data products for self-service analytics and AI consumption. Develop and optimizedata pipelinesanddataflowsfor scalable, performant analytics across Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and Databricks. Prepare clean, structured datasets forAI Agentic workflows. Partner withcitizen developersand business stakeholders to confirm analytical requirements and ensure semantic models meetusability, accuracy, andcomplianceexpectations. Implement and managerow-level security (RLS)within semantic models to support authorized data access and organizational policy compliance. Create and runtesting and validationstrategies to verify accuracy, reliability, and consistency of transformations and analytics outputs. Use analytics engineering best practices includingmodular design, version control, andcode documentation. Document business logic, data transformations, and model structures usingtechnical documentation, data dictionaries, andmetadata catalogs, supportingdata lineageand feature clarity for generative AI and predictive modeling. Design and implement automated workflow andorchestration strategiesto streamline model deployment and ensure timely, reliable data availability.
