Real Estate Associate (Mid-Level)

Key Responsibilities: Commercial Real Estate Transactions: Advise clients on a broad array of complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, commercial leasing, and secured financings. Structuring & Negotiation: Structure, draft, and negotiate core real estate documentation, including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, commercial leases, and financing instruments. Due Diligence & Closing Management: Oversee comprehensive title, survey, entity, and property-level diligence while managing transaction workstreams through closing. Client & Team Leadership: Maintain direct, high-level client interaction and collaborate seamlessly across national practice groups. Qualifications & Background

Experience: 3 to 6 years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience at a national or regional law firm.

Core Competencies: Solid experience across acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and/or secured real estate financings.

Skills: Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities; solid academic credentials; strong interpersonal skills; and a team-oriented mindset.

Licensure: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active member in good standing (or eligible for quick admission) of the Florida Bar.
