Operations Leadership Trainee 12-Month Rotations

SwiftX is seeking motivated Management Trainees to join an Operations Leadership Program. This one-year rotation cultivates future leaders through structured training, hands-on experience, cross-functional rotations, and leadership development. Participants gain exposure to warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, data analysis, and support functions, with mentorship from experienced leaders. Upon completion, trainees move into leadership-track roles.
