What You'll Do: Conduct site inspections to assess fire, mold, and biohazard damage. Prepare accurate estimates and scopes of work. Negotiate project scope with insurance adjusters. Present restoration solutions and successfully sell and close restoration projects. Obtain client approvals and signed contracts to begin work. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project. Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project completion. Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors. Manage assigned restoration projects and monitor progress. Perform other duties as assigned. Manage jobs and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred.1–3 years of estimating, restoration, project management, or sales experience. Valid driver's license. Experience with Xactimate required. Preferred certifications: Mold Certification, AMRT, WRT, and Lead Certification.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. Ability to accurately assess property damage and prepare estimates. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively under pressure in emergency situations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
