Job Description: Ascent Administration Services is a fast-growing vehicle service contract administrator specializing in mechanical breakdown claims. We partner with dealerships, repair facilities, and agents across the country to deliver fair, accurate, and timely claims decisions. We are looking for someone with a strong automotive background who enjoys diagnosing vehicle failures, reviewing repair information, and working with repair facilities to determine coverage eligibility. This is NOT a collision or auto insurance adjuster position. Our Claims Adjusters specialize in mechanical breakdowns covered under vehicle service contracts. If you have worked as a technician, service advisor, warranty administrator, parts specialist, dealership employee, or in another automotive role, we would love to hear from you!

Previous vehicle service contract or warranty claims experience is helpful but not required!
