Leadinternalaudits, managementreviews, correctiveactions, andcontinualimprovementactivitieswithinthe Quality Management System. Qualifications: Bachelor’sdegreein Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, orarelatedtechnicaldiscipline. Demonstratedsuccessleadingqualityfunctions, qualitysystems, ormajorqualityimprovementinitiativeswithinamanufacturingenvironment. Advancedknowledgeofstructured Root Cause Analysis, Correctiveand Preventive Action, andsystematicproblem-solvingmethodologies. Strongunderstandingofmanufacturingprocesses, qualitysystems, statisticalanalysis, processcapability, andcontinuousimprovement. Experienceimprovingmanufacturingquality, productreliability, first-passyield, processcontrols, oroperationalperformancethroughengineeringanddata-drivendecision-making. Abilitytoanalyzecomplextechnicalandoperationaldataandconvertfindingsintosustainableproductandprocessimprovements.
