Director, Enterprise Strategy & Growth

Guide Well is building an Enterprise Strategy function and seeks a Director to lead strategy for a business segment, framing problems, guiding analysts, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior leaders and the Board. You will own engagements end to end, influence the engagement model and tools, and mentor analysts while maintaining alignment with enterprise strategy and market dynamics.
